Hey, curious. Is there a time period after you register a domain that you have to wait before you can sell it? I noticed when I wanted to transfer one of my domains from one registrar to another registrar that I had to wait a period of time. Is it the same with selling? If so, do you know how long?

I do a ton of domain farming on my own and find some domains with really good stats, but outside the niche I want and would make sense for me to collect and resell.

Ask the buyer to open an account at the same registrar if they don't have one, then do a private push. The wait is only when tranferring from one registrar to another.

I tried to list a domain on flippa and they asked me to pay money for listing it on top so that the domain can be sold out.
Congratz for your first sale, hope there will be many more in coming months for you.
