software to run search proxies on ip ranges? is there such program?

you mean you want software to search for proxies across ip ranges? A port scanner will find common open ports used for proxies(80, 8080, 1080, 3128..etc) then there are tools to check if the proxy is open

Are you talking about running about your own proxy website?

well i want such tool like this but to check if this proxy already open and working..

nmap.org/

This is a decent port scanner and it is simple

This software will check the proxys, open/not open, annon/non-annon:

I've been using Charon in the past, a free tool for proxy scanning and testing.
It did not look bad.
