Software to monitor selected facebook pages?

    I was wondering if anyone knows of anything which can monitor facebook pages you load into it and have a live feed, like you see on facebook? It would also be good if you could load multiple accounts into the software, anyone know of anything?

    Be that something like hootsuite? Each FB can be a channel, it then allows you to see the posts on the FB pages...
    Not sure if that is what you are after.
