software needed

I was wondering if someone could help me.

i need some software made up to do the following:

it would create multiple google accounts
it would then use proxies to post either good reviews of my company or bad ones and rate it with 5 stars. It would also be able to spin the review.

I would also like the program to be able to run in the background loggin into multiple accounts to post the reviews on certain days that i decide like say every other day or evey monday or whatever i choose.

It will also need to break the captcha on the google create account page.

Anyone up for the task? or know of a program that does similar?

wow not good at all. All i want to do is right reviews for my company evry like 4 days so my google local listing boosts up i guess i have to do this by hand what a bummer
