There are may software to post url in social bookmarking site. For free u can use -- onlywire, and for paid -- bookmarking demon and socialbot. I am using both are good.
Do manually on big social bookmarking site.

you guys may want to look into the services section, as far as a program, im unsure of it really. but, try google or the search feature on here. it will help you more than what you think.
