I want to make css layout, anyone can suggest me a good software which can be used to make quick css layout?

what do you mean by css layout?
if you want to create some kind of template, you can use any text editor. simply grab some existing page stat looks similar to what you need, load it to firefox and have firebug plugin installed. it enables you to experiment with css, showing you live results on the page while you're watching it.
you might need some time to progress, but practice makes it perfect

If you mean you want to make tableless layout then you can make it using dreamweaver

I use "psd2cssonline" for all my web design stuff now. It can make joomla and wordpress templates too. Kinda a learning curve but pretty cool.
well, i'm a developer, so my view can be a bit nonobjective, but investing some time could give you much cleaner layout in the end.
tools that autogenerate html/css tend to insert more html than needed. and there is a bunch of cool tutorials for any problem you might stumble on.

I agree with you. I've never found anykind of wysiwyg editor for html that I really liked. Any pages they produce typically have a lot of extraneous code. I'm not a great coder by any means, but I do really like clean code. It's just simpler for me to code in a text editor. I just open a browser window to view the page, and then text editor to modify the code. Just save the text and refresh the browser when you make any changes to see the results. It's always been my preference.
I can see how someone less comfortable with code would prefer a wysiwyg editor though. It seems like the most often recommended is dreamweaver, but I don't know how well that deals with css. I don't think it's really designed for it though. The psd2cssonline site godsendgeoff recommended sounds like a good solution for that.
Even if people do want to use things like dreamweaver, I think it's a really good idea to learn the basics of html and css. It makes it a lot easier when you want to just make minor modifications to your websites.

i have some colleagues though, that use dreamweaver. however, they use it only while testing things. once they are finished, they either modify the existing html/css or create everything from scratch.

Two schools of thought: real men use Notepad while those mindful of their time use Dreamweaver. Frankly, for my time and effort Dreamweaver does the trick. A few lines of extra code never hurt the responsiveness of a page and believe me the bigger issue is the non-compliance of the different browsers.

Yeah man! Topstyle is a good tool! I use it every time when I need to create a new CSS style or have to edit/tweak an existing one ...

Keep in mind the code will not be as clean as if you learn to do it on your own.
Artisteer - " I use this to quick shot Facebook Pages. "
You can create HTML, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal, DotNetNuke, CodeCharge and Blogger.
Dreamweaver - "I use CS5"
CS has some pre-built templates ready to go.
Extend Studio has a Dreamweaver extension that creates CSS layouts, I haven't used it, but a couple of people I know say it's pretty handy.

Serif WebPlus - "WYSIWYG Web Builder"
Again, I haven't used it, but some people I know swear by it and has a reasonable price tag.
