SoftEther VPN (paying)

I'm looking for an application for sending requests to a website by proxy switching (with SoftEther VPN), between requests. (It's not DDos, or illegals things). btw, you can found the documentation of SoftEther VPN in Google (it's open source)
Anyone knows how can I do that ? I can pay or whatever you want.
