i need a US payp*l account , i am not from US , i have US bank a/c and MC card asssociated with it, i know these can be used to verify account , i wanna know what will be better to use as an IP , Private socks5 or Dedicated VPN ,m confused which is much better so mine account wont get banned, please help me , if any of you guys is also using US account while living offshore , then help me on this issue.

If you're going to be going to the same account for any length of time, I'd vote VPS. Since IPs are resolved not only to the country, but to the City/State you'd have to hunt through your proxy list for an IP in a similar location every time so it doesn't look like you're popping up all over the map. You might as well just buy a VPS and ensure you'll always have the same IP.

well you are using one IP... so that's differentdude,take it easy,i even signin my two paypal account one with IE and another with FIREFOX in my computer,and everything is ok now.
I would also say go for vps, unless you can get a paid static socks that is not on proxy "black lists"
