In your experience, are usually Socialblade YT earning stats spot on? I know it depends by a lot of factors, like views country, device used, ad type, etc., but since they use a wide range to calculate the earnings (seems like from 0.5 to 5 $ per 1k views), is it at least realistic not to expect something less then 0.5 $ per 1k views?

    Wondering the same thing.
I've been trying to gauge how long it will take for me to hit my goal on YT (maybe I'm just bad at searching?)
But the range is really wide.
Trying to figure out if it's accurate

It's fairly accurate. Socialblade gives me an estimated range for my channel, and I actually make in the lower part of the range.

Yes it's very accurate but you need to calculate the final income because of the partnership share.

Socialblade stats are very inaccurate they count every view as being monetized. Example I have one video that has 170K views it's only made $1.86 then I have another video that has 10K views it's made $4.94. Everything depends if they're watching from a desktop or a mobile device.

I don't think so, I guess analytics is the best way to check the real stats of a blog or even youtube.

The numbers are accurate, just not precise. Unlike some other replies here there's nothing that prevents YouTubers to disclose how much they make, its just not generally something that happens and without them saying there's no way to know exactly how much they make. Instead Social Blade takes an average low CPM of $0.75 and an average high CPM of $7.00 and calculates estimated earnings based on those. Based on thousands of earnings reports we've seen most people do fall somewhere in that range.
