I am interested in this:

What would you expect from 5$ on Fiverr in terms of social signals? How many Facebook/Twitter/G+ Social signals to your website? What is offer that you wouldn't skip?

50,100,500,1000+ Facebook signals?
10,20,50,100,200+ Twitter signals?
10,20,50,100,200+ G+ signals?

I would like to hear few different opinions, I have never sold anything on Fiverr, but I am thinking about it. Most of social gigs are very,very low in quantity.

All depends on the quality of the social signals, for good quality i would pay $5 for 1 of each

From my experience, quantity of social signals > quality for SEO. Facebook likes and shares are important if you want to bring traffic, but I am not asking about that. In terms of SEO, it doesn't really matter where they come from.

Something like social signals you can do your self. Simply just find your niche's groups and post your website on each one of them targeting your keywords.
Not to disagree, but I believe they don't even bother taking time and having your website linked proper
