So I have a social media reseller site, fb likes, youtube views etc, and I opened an adwords campaign on a voucher for it today, it got suspended for I guess selling likes and whatnot, so I cant use adwords to get exposure anymore. Will this affect my SEO campaigns for it since its through google search too?

I have exactly the same problem. I believe that this does not influence your SEO rankings, but still it sucks that we can't use Adwords.
However even if it would influence the SEO rankings, I think that the impact would be 0, since there is such high competetion and it is almost impossible to rank.

If you are already ranking I think won't be affected. And if you are not ranking at least continue with the SEO you will get business and later rank too.

Getting banned in Adwords will have no impact on your SEO efforts rest assured. However you might use the adwords reports to better your landing page and further optimize them.
