Social Media Monitoring Tools

Hiya,
The major enterprise tools around are Brandwatch, Radian 6 (now called marketing cloud), Sysomos, UberVu and Synthesio. There are various others around, but those are the ones I'd recommend looking at first.
The WebLiquid report is really useful, as it compares some of the top tools. You have to give your details to get hold of it (no money though), but it's worth it. I'd recommend demoing the tools that most interest you, as this is the best way to see which suits your needs and takes your liking UI-wise.

Using Radiant6 for work, I tryed BuzzBundle at home...
Very cheap software from link-assistant.
Not bad, but you can NOT filter anything. Brands like "Orange" or "Sprint" would not work. Brands with different meaning in different language will not work (can NOT filter by language)... So do not go for cheap solution if you have a "real" client.

I use both hootsuite and BuzzBundle in conjuction with each other
Buzzbundle for the inital engagement on social media and the finding of relevant tweets/people and then hootsuite for the follow conversations/anything else

Try Sociota.Net Guys... Offers better features at a much lower price... I am sure you will love using it.
