I have used godaddy for years and never had any kind of issue. I have had several customers move over to their service. Support was great with any questions. Now hosting is different they suck at that.

So this thread is to see from the BHW group which is the best.

I have read in different post that
    enom
    namecheap

    are two good ones.

looking for some good feedback. I have 135 domain names that I own that I am looking to move after reading the stories about godaddy.

I would use nothing other than bluehost for regular websites.. Its the best in customer service (that i have found, and i talk to alot) and they have great prices... unlimited everything along with a good affiliate prog for us web designers...

Gator host is ok, monster host is good except they lost my customers entire database and thats bullshit.. but they are good for cust serv.. with reliable srvers most of the time

Godaddy's favorite thing to say is "Its cant be done" although I find ways to make it work..

    So id say
    1. bluehost
    2. gatorhost
    3. monsterhost

also simple scripts makes life alot easier :)

not looking for hosting. I have my own server for that. I am looking for the best place to keep all domain names to manage.

Someone suggested me to consider resell.biz for bulk domain names owners like yourself. I plan to move all my 100+ domain names from godaddy to resell.biz due to lower prices as well as liberal TOS.

For domains, I highly recommend http://www.namecheap.com?aff=6037.

For the basic domain registration, they offer FREE SSL Certificates and FREE WhoisGuard. If you're a programmer, NameCheap also has an API that you can interface with. Functions include basically anything you can do from the control panel (buy new domains included). As for customer support, they're always on top of things.
