Anyone got banned from any networks?
    what was your experience?
    What were your methods?
    How did you slip up?
    How did the network react?
    What were the consequences.?

Would really love to hear a few stories!

First of all, the worst that can happen is you just won't get paid. (The Consequences)

Second, it doesn't matter if you get banned when you can turn around an re-apply with an EIN (Assuming you signed up with your SS# and ugh.... assuming your U.S. :) ) You're probably be using your SS# at first, so just apply for a EIN and use that after you get banned. It's like a new indentity as far as the affiliate networks are concerned.

Of course, you'll have to change other details that link to you, like your address. You can get your mail forwarded or I know there is some other tricks out there.

Just make sure your faking all the vital signs (CTR, conversions, gotta pump fake traffic, etc.) properly and you should last for awhile. Through trial and error you can feel out the limits of what you can push BH style.

Just rest assured that if you get banned it's not the end of the world. Don't let the fear of the ban hammer keep you from beginning. Or, if you've already begun don't let it scare you from pushing the limits a bit. :)

Honestly, the info is really irrelevant, at the end of the day just because someone else pushed 10K + on 1 cpa network u could get banned the 1st week...there's so many variables to getting banned. The network, the AM, your relationship with the AM, your method..sometimes your just lucky they didn't ban your ass...simple as that.

You really just got to get in there yourself and LEARN.

If you mess up and get banned it's OK.

I've gotten banned 4 times. And yes anyone can always rejoin the same network, in fact I've researched this, and got all the steps, you basically have to use different IP, clear cookies, get ein, get dba (doing business as name), and either use a friends address or get a pobox ($20 for 6 month) here. For phone number just get a temporary one that forwards to your cell or home phone. But then the question becomes is the hassle going through all that worth it? Is it worth it to keep doing extreme blackhat? Basically are the profits worth the hassle or rejoining those networks?

I can't answer that for you because it really depends on what you're doing. One blackhat method generated 3k for me each month. It always got me banned from networks within 1-3 month however I always got initial payments from them. Now when I was questioning whether to rejoin or not, I realized that the blackhat method couldn't really be automated or outsoursed that well. Basically I was putting in a lot of hours every week doing it right and covering my tracks. So as a business decision I decided not to pursue it. However if it was something that can be easily automated or outsourced I would of gladly rejoined the networks and gotten away with it. The problem is it involved a lot of promotion across the web that couldn't really be automated.

You would starve to death before getting an EIN?

Although I don't know where in the world you are located, but if you are in the US, I highly doubt if you would starve to death. In my corner of the world, our homeless shelter is one of the best in the country. In fact, it is one of the nicest buildings in the city. (I am not kidding!)

Getting banned should be used as a learning experience. What ever you fucked up on don't do it again.
I got banned a lot when I first started out learn from it and move on.

There you go, xelex. This is case in point.

Quit trying to use fear, uncertainty, and doubt to keep you from the game.
