So this is harder than i thought ...(need some tips)

I was searching for the right answers to the questions that i have for the past few hours , but everything doesn't seem to add up . I will try to be as specific as i can. I have a fine looking site , that site has a download link that needs to be locked .



The questions would be : where can i find trustworthy affiliate network with link locker ? How to get accepted in to a CPA network ? Do you need to cloak/blank traffic for fake content , or is there any other way , and how to cloak/blank your traffic if there is no other way ? Thanks for the answers .
