good deeds always come around
It's bittersweet at times.
I had a guy who used to do part time bits for me while he was doing part time bits for others, as none of us had enough work for him to be full time.
Then out of the blue he'd asked me if I'd do a reference for him as he'd been offered a job.
He got the job and since has enough money to start a family and has the security of full time employment.
I lost a writer in August who after 2 years of working from home went back into teaching, I think he'd got cabin fever and missed meeting other humans.
Everyone look out for a website targeting "best Afghan lawyer" ranked by a high quality PBN! ;-)
Not Afgan but I am sure he will rank his site for his city and if he needs more business for his region.
He's not the first VA that has moved on to better things... I almost always explain to those that work for me why they are doing what they are doing and what effect it will have on a site. I'm not concerned with any competition as much as I think it is the right thing to for someone in my circle.
In my opinion those of you that hire should be doing the same for those in your circle.
Yep, do good and it normally comes back eventually
Reading this is awesome, it reminded me of a quote I saw awhile back:
"Supporting another’s success won’t ever dampen yours"
Great perspective view on the matter bass! we should always support another's success, because in reality only a few support your success without having envy, let this be a reminder!
It's pretty rare that the boss's being happy on their employee's success. Good Karma for you bro BTB
I am also a VA and working for a guy for a long time. Surely, learned a lot from him, like a lot lot and currently earning more than him. But I couldn't leave him not because of ethics or something but I am just an emotional guy.. I intend not to leave him until he decides to let me go
Emotions & Relationships
P.S : Are you from India bro?
That's awesome! Hope to hire a VA, and expand myself. Been struggling on a few things lately.
Easiest way to make real money in IM is to clone yourself.
Thanks, just cloned myself ! Hope it works
Smart man. If he becomes a personal injury attorney in the US and is able to produce leads, hopefully, he'll send you a nice thank you note when he settles an 1,8 mill wrongful death case.
Really great story, hope you find a new VA soon, maybe a prospective doctor this time?
Finally enough of you for everybody. I take 3.
Wow. We need more people like you. Not because you're rich, but you care for the wellbeing of your employees.
Doing SEO still profitable? Thought that shit died years ago. Good to see it still works.
Do you have some tips on how to retain these clones for longer duration?
May I know where is your VA from?
I have a feeling that he's from Philippines.
Separate names with a comma.
