So my client received an abused filled mail, and it was threatening.

So my client called me up to say he received a mail filled with abuses, and threatening language because the user played a quiz on his site, and she wasn’t happy about it, the client messaged back because he was concerned but the senders mail bounced back, so should he be worried, do other bloggers receive such mails?. if yes how do you go about it?

If you interact with a large amount of people you'll always get some crazies. I used to have a free software website, when I switch to paid subscription people went nuts. I had people telling me they wanted me to die etc.

Entitlement...
 
If there's no money involved between them I would just ignore it to e honest. :)

Nothing to worry about, if the quest doesn't mention a specific person..
 
Whats the quiz about?
What are the words that lady mentioned in her email?
 
She is abusing because she didn't win the Quiz? Lol What she is going to do? Sue your client? Just ignore it.

Ignore it. People making online threats don't have the capacity to carry out their threats. If I wanna beat up someone do I have to tell them first? :D
 
Did your client scam visitors? If not and you consider it threatening and it came from your country you can send it to police. If the attacker is not tech savy they will be able to find him.
