So lastpass is like roboform. password manager.. saves pasdwords on server. is it safe?

    lastpass.com is like roboform but free. They can save and encrypt your info on there server so that you can access it anytime on any CPU when you need it.

    My question , is these companies really secure with your data? Do they steal and peep your passwords since its on there servers?

    well hopefully it is actually encrypted.. but in order for it to work, it would probably need to be decrypted for use on another pc.. so i would say that its probably safe, as long as the company itself doesn't outsource all the info to anyone. i was thinking about starting something like that, but couldn't figure out the cookie..
