Yes,its against TOS rules. Don't ask how other can safely put on their website. One day they will be cutted off too...
You can use only amazon official banners, but they are really awful.

Check amazon rules, because you don't want all your affiliate earnings disapear because you didn't. I heard that someone lost 10k because he wrote the price of the item on is website but the price changed. So for misinformation he lost 10k. I hope it don't happen to you so the best way is to check directly with amazon :)

You can have buttons that link to amazon, they just can't have amazon's logo on them.

No wonder, If you enrolled into Apple's developer program, they have strict rules regarding their app store icon and badge, they won't even allow you to tilt it.

This is a MOUNTAIN of misinformation. You CAN use your own buttons. You can NOT use ANY of amazon's logo's and images, etc..

There is NOTHING wrong with making your own button that says "Buy This on Amazon" or "See this on Amazon" .

    I don't know about EasyAzon stuff...But I would assume it's just fine.

I WOULD SUGGEST you email Amazon yourself and ask them if it's ok to use your own buttons that say "Amazon" or "amazon.com" as long as it's not THEIR logo or button. You can get it directly from them.

    There ya go...
