Just checking my spam and found this. You heard it right, they finally arrested the guy(s) that still didn't send you the money you deserve

Is it a new type of spam email or I was just so ignorant to notice it only now?
Note: the IP mentioned in the title seems random.

Brilliant! They are just "beta" testing the scams! What a great way to figure out the scams that work! They'll just dump the ones that suckers report and concentrate on the ones people are not aware of!
