I have a blog that gets about 800-1000 visitors a day. the problem is that they are not clicking on the advertisements on my site. I'm using adbrite, and don't plan on using adsense. I'm only getting about $.05 per 1000 visitors since no one is clicking on them. Is there anyway that i can have the ads clicked when they visit the site? i'm using an index.php from wordpress blog.

Hope i can get some input if i can have the adbrite ads clicked on during page load.

Thanks,

Mayson

Well, it could be ad placement. I normally put ads above every post, before the comments, above the content of every post, and for a sidebar. (I use the pro-sense theme). Doing that, I have gotten a lot more clicks and money through adsense.

But try to make the ads look like actual link on your site, that way they are bound to be clicked more because they think they are links on the page.

I hope I helped.

Split test some new ads/products. You have to figure out what your users are looking for.

Make sure ads blend in your site (so they look like a part of your webpage).

Ad placement is also relevant.

Adsense is the best Ad serving network. Why us AdBrite? Do you have a warez site?

We get it, advertisements are annoying!

Sure, ad-blocking software does a great job at blocking ads, but it also blocks useful features and essential functions on BlackHatWorld and other forums. These functions are unrelated to ads, such as internal links and images. For the best site experience please disable your AdBlocker.
