Just checked tvduck sending visitors to "different sites" were the actual movie is located.

BUT....when you click on one of these links and the movie starts playing, the visitor doenst leave tvduck cause it shows an iframed movie of the site you clicked on PLUS a tvduck menu appears on the leftside.

Guessing that tvduck is a non-spammy site, they clearly put themselves in the safe zone with this trick...

    So its illegal:
    1. To host a video on your site.
    2. To let other people upload it to your site.
    3. To embed a video.

SO IS THIS THE ACTUAL LOOPHOLE WERE YOU DONT GET IN TROUBLE BY SIMPLY IFRAMING A MOVIE FROM SOMEELSE"S SITE????

As soon as I went there to tvduck, shit started installing on my computer. Been on the computer all day and the only thing that changed was I went to that website. Immediately started locking up my computer.

    Sorry if I overreacted.

This is really a gray area in terms of not hosting on your website. Supposedly you can't be legally liable but websites that list torrents have gotten in trouble even though they don't actually host anything on their website.
