I would say your okay. The probability that they want the domain name is not much. I don't hear a lot of story where company took a domain from a normal user.
I figured the only way they would take it is if I put up a site, or tried to trick people, which I'm not. I was going to see if the company was interested in purchasing it, but I figured If I told them, they would take it.
I can't type the name because I'll trigger the system but it pertains to a certain supermarket. Hahaha
They can take the name if they can prove that you bought it with malicious intent, i.e. to piggy back on their name, hold it hostage, or slam their company. With that in mind it costs approximately $1500 for them to take you to court, so it has to be worth it for them.
I purchased some domains that had MSN in them when I first started. I thought I was the shit dude, well 2 days after I parked it Microsoft sent a cease and desist letter to the company I parked it with. Needless to say, the company shut the page down. My point is that this company may not want your domain, but at the same time they may not want you to use it either. My .02 is to stay away from this kind of stuff, go for keywords that dont contain trademarked names
