So, I was eating chinese food earlier (yum!), and noticed that they gave me a fortune cookie. Since I love surprises I quickly opened it up and it read:

"Try something new and different, you will like the results."

For the past 4-5 months I've been blasting comments, and doing manual link exchanges for my site. So I bought a gift card, loaded it up with $100 bucks, and headed straight to Fiverr. Here's the gigs I've bought so far:

This should be a really nice diversification of links and promotion. My site is on the very bottom of page 2 for a hyper-competitve keyword that gets ~4,000,000 searches per month, so this should help it a bit.

If there is any more gigs you guys think are good, please feel free to suggest :D. I will definately keep this thread updated on my SERP results, whether good or bad.

I searched "SEO" on Fiverr, click "List by Rating", and basically bought most of the first search results page, lol.

The facebook gig is already up and started and I'm up to ~350 likes from 7. :p

    Where's the SB blast man?

And 4 million searches? That can't be right.. That must be broad searches.

It's a one word keyword, "Keyword" gets 110,000 searches and Keyword gets 4,000,000. I don't really think it makes a difference, because I'm ranking for Keyword. I didn't think Exact match applies for one word keywords.

Also, I've been doing the SB blasts myself :p.

Exact match also applies to one word keywords, because both

    keyword

    and

    keyword 1

are under the broad search of keyword. Pretty sure.

Actually it does make a difference.

Keyword (without quotes) means any of it's variations is also included.
"Keyword" (with quotes) means that this keyword along with any other word in inlcuded
[Keyword] (exact match) means that only keyword is being searched for.

This won't really make a difference in terms of rankings since it's a one word term, but surely for conversions.

    Best of luck.

That 2nd gig on your list is interesting.
He'll make an article and then submit it? Then you get a bunch of backlinks.
Wow, great find. I bookmarked it lol

Can you post a few updates here over the next week or two? Really curious to see how this all works out for you over say, 20 to 30 days.
