I didn't go to iWriter for the "quality" of underpaid writers, I did it out of boredom because I have written 100 articles on there and never been on the hiring side.

    Here's what I got:
One general article on windshield repair

"you are generating a significant down the freeway and a boulder or rock smash your cuphold. While having bad damaged cuphold is no good you have freeway of."

Stopped reading that one there.. what in the fuck?

One general article on making money online

They copied a Wikipedia article and left the [1][2] text in the article.. hrm.. seems legit.

One general article on self-help and anxiety. I used to have General Anxiety really bad so I figured why not?

    Another Wikipedia copied article

So I'm sorry clients, I now understand why some of your approval ratings are horrendously low. I'm not even mad about spending a little bit of money, I just had to see what the quality of writing was like at the McDonalds of the Internet (iWriter). So, if I ever need Wikipedia copy+paste work done, I know exactly where to go. Now, I'm going to go learn how to generate a significant down the freeway and repair smashed cupholds.

    Can't sleep :\

I am a writer and I tried iWriter to see if it would be a good place for seeking orders. Turned out to be complete shit. The place is bad for both sellers and writers. I gave someone a very good 500 word article for $3.50 or some ridiculous amount like that and he gave me a 4 star rating and said "pretty good effort". LOL. I charge $7.50 for 500 word articles at this forum. Buyers have no idea what the going rate is and feel that they are helping someone when they send $3.50 for a 500 word article.

I hope that site runs into the ground. Doesn't do anybody any good.

Brad Callen's a good guy but yeah when you setup pricing like they did, you're basically picking who the market's going to be.

Low paying people are generally the hardest people to please and have the most strict requirements. Hence why they weren't impressed with your quality work. I spent years on a forum with the name I won't mention where everyone wants writers for $.75 per 100 words. So it wasn't until I found Warrior Forum's hiring section and started reading that I realized "WHAT THE FUCK, I've been getting raped without lube!"

I've found as a seller it is very easy to submit spun content on iWriter and get paid for it.

iwriter is full of dodgy writers and the owner does not really care about the site.

    I would recommend these guys:

    www.moneysitecontent.com for quality articles.

iWriter is a website where there are a plethora of Vultures prying for innocent/ignorant pigeons. Enough Said.
    Cheers :)

i thought iwriter had a copyscape check so the articles could not get copied.
For my articles i have been using ezonlinewriter.com, and have recently found out about a couple of others. The problem i have with any of these sites is as follows, if you can get a 500 word article in the case of ezonlinewriter for $2.50 and one for under $4.00 at iwriter.com why would you even attempt to go too level 2 writers just keep rejecting the first level writer until you find one you want.
But then again you could say the same thing with textbroker and no-one who really wants a level 4 article puts in a request for level 2. That might because textbroker target is different.

note when i say no-one i dont mean nobody but speaking in general

I don't understand why it's so difficult to put some effort in and show a little respect for the money spent.

you can't receive any copy/paste articles because they are sent thru copyscape before they land in your inbox. And there are some good writers, especially when you need a "personal touch" and you need it quick. You need to select at least the Premium guys to get something good.

i don't think the op ever ordered something from them. this is just a thread to promote his signature...ehhh...

iWriter is a very successful website and the owner(Brad) must be making a good amount of money through the website. So far as the article quality is concerned, you are not bound to accept any article. I had worked on iWriter and would my experience as 9/10 on the website. You should try to choose elite writers for better articles.

Actually, some articles don't get run through Copyscape depending on the volume of articles being sent in. It's not just on iWriter, cheap writers in general try to give you spun or copy and pasted work.

Our quality of "good" is probably a tad different.

Mine as well.. Window Cupholds are expensive to get fixed.

do you have some proof to back it up ?

spun and copy/paste are 2 different things. it's one thing to receive copy/paste and another to receive spun - for the cheapest writers i have received spun content as well sometimes

Back when I was ordering from them I always made sure that I order the more expensive ones. The quality was 8/10 but good enough for my money site.

I've never ordered from the cheaper authors but I imagine what the quality would be :)

I've got loads of articles that are obviously run through a spinner, but there are some genuine writer on their who take a lot of time to write their articles and are incredibly good value for money.

I used it once as a Writer. Never again. The people buying articles on there have the most ridiculous standards. I can understand the rejection of spun garbage but what about the writers that put effort in?

I am convinced there are many buyers who try to get free articles out of it.

I accepted an article from them a few months ago which passed copyscape but needed some work as the wording was pretty horrible. I did opt for the less expensive writers so it was probably my fault. By the time I had done some work on the article and corrected some errors it was no longer original and didn't pass copyscape. It was just badly spun crap. But saying that, I've had some really good original articles by paying the extra. You could tell they had been well researched and the keyword density was good. Nothing compared to NatashNixon's thread on here though. Now they are top quality.

Brad Callen is a good guy and responds to his e-mails pretty quickly. Shoot over an e-mail to the Contact Us section and they'll at least change your rating on the article if it was rejected for no reason.

Unfortunately, there's no way to receive the money for the article though.

I understand you on the requirements and standards though. Some of the articles have special instructions that are as long as the articles, I always just kind of chuckled at those and moved on.

As long as you can deny those you feel aren't HQ enough I don't see the issue.
SUre I get a lot of crap but just deny them and block them.

It is simple man. buy an article and run it through copyscape. A lot of them don't pass. I have had 5 articles with the same keyword almost identical just using synonyms before. I find if you put in bold I WILL NOT ACCEPT IF IT DOESN'T PASS COPYSCAPE AND I WILL CHECK BEFORE I BUY! I receive better quality articles. FYI, I do check them in copyscape as I have my own method of doing this. If it doesn't pass I will kick it to the curb and have some one else write the article. If you have a little patience they are not bad.
