• he got back 65%~ of invested money in few month's that's way too good already I would be fuckin happy if some new born project would go so well.. I would tell to fuck of politely and I'm dead serious + You sold some projext X for 5k, that can bring in 2k a month, Your math is OFF !

Dude, your big mistake was negotiating with him after the sale. You shouldn't have shared any method with him he didn't pay for as it was obvious he wasn't going to play ball.
It probably isn't worth the effort in chasing him for payments. Just move on.
