What is currently on my mind?

I believe that twitter is an awesome marketing tool. But I still haven't figured out yet, how to increase sales using it without having to make such a huge effort.

So I have one twitter page for my book. It's a real book and it costs about 30 dollars.

At first there were some people who bought it. At this time I didn't have an extra web page for the book. Then I created a web page and having finished the page some people bought it. But then no one bought it up to today. I created that Web page about four months ago.

My book has never been advertised that well before. I searched around the Internet for some clues may be some bad testimonial. But I didn't find any. I looked through my page and the more I read the more I was convinced that right now sales should skyrocket.

    But they did not.

I thought, maybe it is twitter. Maybe I need some new followers so I need to follow new people. Then I thought: " using the search function of twitter, which keywords should I write in? Simply those I am using for CEO for my webpage? But those are for people who want to find my book or something similar, in twitter I want to address those, who did not think about buying my book, but who might be interested as soon as they become aware of it's existence. "

So how do I find the words I should use in Twitter search?
