So do the affilate companies still send your tax info if you have been banned?

    I was wondering if they have paid you and u have been banned if they still send tax info in?

    Yes, if there was money earned and paid and you provided them with a W-9, they have to send you a 1099 at the end of the year regardless.

    They are required to send you a 1099 if you have earned $600 or more. They could send one for earnings below if they want.

    they are required to do so by law, and most of them don't want any problems with the IRS.

    Its the same thing as "If I get fired from my job will they still send a W-2 at the end of the year..." Of course.
