    I normally just buy ads.
    I don't particularly understand SEO and I do lack patience these days.
    My best source, Craigslist ADULT has been somewhat changed and I cannot post URLs.
    How would you promote this site totalescortlist.com ?

    I would probably just do some good old fashion link building. Build an authority site on escort services with some articles on it, then get some backlinks to throse articles. I know Craigslist can be easy traffic, but don't be afraid to take on the search engines.
