Soliciting members to put their details in some sort of list building is against rules, and you defiantly have a black book of women (fake and real!) lol

Yeah but if I use the DM feature here I won't be building a list ergo that rule remains intact.

Sending unsolicited DMs of any kind is against the rules. Sending unsolicited DMs with a view to 'proposing' to someone is against the rules and it's also harassment. The former will get you warned. The latter will get you banned.
