I am gonna try focusing my 12 hours per day on web2.0s now for a while and see if this improves my appalling results.

Today I had another of my keywords drop from mid 20s to 70s from doing SB blasting I presume. Maybe I should just level the playing field now and load the 'websites' lists in SB with all my competitors :D.

At least I can say without any real shadow of a doubt from my past weeks of hammering the spam programs that THEY NO LONGER WORK and have CRIPPLED my serps within an inch of their life.

So time to find what IS working.

I'm gonna try programming magic submitter with a few new web2.0s a day.

The good thing I was thinking is that web2.0s aren't likely to get trashed as easily by G as spam links cos they are more established as quality content in general.

On the downside I notice that the most spammed web 2.0s are now using extended measures to prevent spam. When I was trying to program hubpages today I noticed they have now implemented the F*ckin google phone verification bullshit.

I am thinking it is finding a 'sweet spot' of web2.0s which aren't the top ones which nuke will be spamming so won't have extra guards on their singups but also still high enough to get some good linkjuice.

Depending on the age of your domain I would lay off spamming your site and take the time to find quality high pr links.

    1. Create web 2.0 sites that point to your money site
    2. I would write articles and submit to article directories and wordpress directories. I know everyone says that they don't work, I disagree with that.
    3. Submit to high pr forums
    4. Submit to edu and gov sites
    5. Make a video and submit to video sites
    6. Submit to directories

    and so on.

You don't need as many links as you might think if you are submitting to high quality, high pr sites.

    For your site

    1. add more content 600-800 words or more
    2. add additional content to content that already exists.
    3. get rid of affiliate links by masking them
    4. make your site appear as an authority site by pointing some links to high authority sites.

What do you mean by this?

I want to make money so I want to have the affiliate link as a call to action for the potential customer so indeed largely visible?

Yes you can have affiliate links on your page but you need to hide them from G00gle. I have had two sites now that I had affiliate links and I dropped from page 1 to page 18.

I used a php redirect script and put the code in a folder that G00gle did not have access to. I still get credit for the sales but G00gle sees my site of having no affiliate links.

My site went to page 1 in 2 weeks. I put my affiliate links back on my page to see if it would make a difference and in 1 week I dropped to page 18 again.

So I removed them again and replaced them with php redirect script. In 2 weeks I am back on page 1 again. Just my experience.

Weird, i have over 25 cpa and affiliate sites loaded with unmasked affiliate links and they are ranking awesome with nothing but spam links and some 2.0s. YMMV i guess but putting so much weight on aff links doesnt make sense.

If you are using a straight html or php site you can use this code

    <?php

// Change to the URL you want to redirect to
    $URL="http://www example com";

    header ("Location: $URL");

    ?>

or if you are using Wordpress use hxxp://wordpress(dot)org/extend/plugins/pretty-link/

Make sure your robot(dot)txt file lets the bots know NOT to look in the folder your php files are in.

So you don't put a blank index.php file in the redirects folder?

No, What would be the reason putting a blank file in a folder. I create a folder, we will call it /vendors/. I then place each individual php file into the folder.

Each php file contains my affiliate link for each offer.

From the page with the offer I make a link to these files, the link to these files will be seen as links to my own site. hxxp://mysite . c0m/vendors/offer . php.

I make sure the robot . txt file blocks the bots from visiting this folder.

This is interesting and I've seen similar mentioned before. So pretty links plugin for wp would have the same effect as the php files for non wp sites? I just downed it and I assume to accomplish this we would need to select the 307 and/or noindex/nofollow options for the aff links?

When did you run your test?

Not disagreeing with you but I can't help but wonder at the validity of this if you think about all of the outgoing links from high ranking authority sites, and how would G know they were aff links anyways vs helpful resources?

Very interesting, I have a site sitting somewhere on page 20 that has lots of aff links on it. Gonna give this a try and see how she goes.

One thing I do is I'll have a domain name that redirects to my offer and then I'll link to that domain with my money site.

Simple URL's plugin works great for this in Wordpress...But I was asking an affiliate program I just joined and they said "With the way our JavaScript works you would need to show the original address for us to convert the link successfully"...Is that true? I had a site with affiliate links all over and decided to use simple URL and make them nofollow and my site jumped up..I was doing other things so not sure if that's all it was. But even if they have javascript it should transfer my affiliate link right?

If you are using wordpress use the plugin KB robot txt and add the entry
    User-agent: *
    Disallow: /the folder name/

Or if you are using html site that you created add a file called robot.txt and add the entry.

Im using a WP plugin called simple link cloaker to cloak all my links. One question is when you cloak the links does it always have to be yourdomain.com/whatever-you-choose?

I want to cloak my links to make it look like there going to amazon ex: http://amazon.com/product-name

    Anyway to do that?

    example shortener.com/amazon/product_name

    .
    ****links from high pr forums

What is the best strategy for this? Don?t most forums require certain # of posts first before you can have signature link? Are you linking using forums just with the sig. link to main domain, or to inner pages. Are you doing anchor text in the posts?

**** links from edu and gov sites

There are tons of people selling links to these. How am I supposed to know which service to choose and which will be most effective? Or how can I find the best ones manually?

****Make a video and submit to video sites

Is there any strategy to this or is it just how you would think it would be?

****Make your site appear as an authority site by pointing some links to high authority sites.

Do you just link from homepage to authority sites, or from each inner page you?re trying to rank?

How do you make sure people don?t click on the link & leave your site, but also not seem blackhat to google?
