I was into building autoblogs back in the day and I realized that all the tutorials and everything out there sucked, so I learned how to do everything myself and then chronicled everything into a book. A legit, detailed book, with screenshots of every screen and every setting all the plugins (which are free) required, etc., and no vague ambiguous bullshit like in 99% of eBooks out there (you know what I'm talking about... books that are big on hype but minuscule on content... my book is like the opposite of that).

Anyway, I got caught up in trying to pick the best affiliate sales site (CB, PDC, etc.) and then got busy with some other big projects and never got around to doing anything with this.

I'm so busy with other stuff now that this has fallen off the back burner, but it's good info and I don't want it to get lost.

    Some info:

    - It's 25 pages single spaced and with screenshots
    - There's no bullshit upselling anywhere in the book. All the plugins required are free. There's no affiliate links or any other bullshit anywhere in it.
    - There's no vague or ambiguous bullshit anywhere in the book. It's "make this setting x. Make this other setting y, look here's a screenshot of it," etc.
    - A section on stuff to do to keep your blogs from getting deindexed and your G accounts banned
    - A section on HOW to use autoblogs (income, networks, etc.)

Does anyone want it? Like I said, it's very good info, but I don't have time right now (and won't in the future) to set up the process of selling it, so I thought I'd offer it up to BHW first (the first IM forum I ever joined :D ). It comes with its own domain but the domain is going to expire this month anyway so it'd be cheaper just to let that happen rather than to buy it from me. lol.

A couple responses to questions I've gotten via PM:

    - No, I won't send you a free review copy. This is blackhatworld. If one of you has it, all of you have it :p

    - I can share the table of contents and show you some blurred screenshots of the pages if you're seriously interested. Or maybe a few excerpts so you can sample the quality.

I'd prefer to give it to someone who has a good network built up so they can make some substantial money from it. I know some people are good at sales. I am not. But I'm very technical and precise which is why the quality of this book exceeds the quality of 99% of anything you will see out there. So it can be a win-win situation: you (the salesman) get a high quality product that you didn't have to put forth any effort to create, which you can resell for life, and I (the non-salesy nerd) get rewarded for my work and don't have to bother selling, or trying to figure out how to set up an affiliate publisher account, etc.

Does anyone have any knowledge about how this kind of thing works? How does one determine a fair price?

I know there is high demand. Look how many "autoblog" threads there are on the first page of the different forums here. Everyone wants an autoblog. This book will sell like crazy if you market it correctly.

    Terms:
    - You get full rights. I'll remove my name from the bylines on the document and you can do whatever you want with it. I can send it to you electronically, and I will even snailmail you a hard copy on a CD along with a notarized letter saying I waive full rights to ever sell it myself (so you'd have a legal foothold if I ever decided to be a dick and sell it myself after I sold it to you, which I wouldn't do anyway cuz I hate sales).

    - You can do whatever you want with it. Sell it online. Sell hardcopies. Print it out and eat it. It's yours.

    - I want a flat, one time fee for it. I'm not interested in sharing commissions or affiliate sales or anything like that (unless you could make me some phenomenally amazing and legit deal) because honestly, I have no way of tracking that, and I'm really so busy with other things that I'd just like to be done with this. I feel bad keeping it on my harddrive doing nothing with it.

I'm not selling a method. But I'd like to sell the rights to my book to someone who has the means to sell it and make a lot of money. IM sales aren't my thing so it's not doing me any good to keep it.

The price should be a percentage of estimated sales.

No. Im not interested in a JV. Sorry. I don't have the time or knowledge to set up or track something like that. the good news for you is that you will get 100% of profits.

How exprienced are you with selling online? How many copies do you expect to sell based on historical data? That will be used in determining your offer price.

well, businesses are sometimes sold for 2-5+ years profit. eBooks are a little different.

Estimated sale price of $47 per copy.

Using your historical data, extrapolate and estimate potential sales of this book over a fixed period of time. Take a percentage of that number and make that your offer.

Remember you will potentially be able to generate income from this for a long time.

Someone with a big list of clients and/or subscribers built up to upsell to will be even more successful. With the right list you can get literally hundreds of sales overnight. But of course, the sales guys know all this already.

im posting from my phone and am about to go to bed. i'll be back in this thread tomorrow to answer more questions. feel free to post in the thread or PM me.

If you want to sell something on here, you need to be approved by a mod and pay a fee.

Please don't disrespect the forum like this and do it right.
