It's been happening to me for relatively popular websites. I type in the domain name, and it redirects me to the domain with a .com.net attached to it, and I land on a webpage with a bunch of ads on it.

What is this??? It's so annoying.

Maybe win32 Browser Hijack.. Id rec downloading malwarebytes from downloadcom Simple fix but will drive you nuts. Hope this helps

You have adware or a browser hijack, but thats just the surface. You may have more serious infection. Goto bleepingcomputer and goto their forums under "Am I infected". Read the stickies and you will end up downloading malwarebytes and hijackthis. Both free programs to basically assess and scan your computer and go from there.

Another way is to goto the kaspersky forums and get virus support there.
To get free kaspersky antivirus support, download kaspersky trial. Goto their forums and post under Virus related issues.

Use some antivirus and clean up your system, avira it`s free and really good, also you can buy something more better like kaspersky, bit defender,or at least download the trial one.
