Absolutely they do, our number are only coming from AT&T and T-Mobile. We have a lot of users using them to verify Craigslist!

The seller was kind enough to offer me few test credits and so far this is one of the cheapest services for my needs as the number is just $0.75. Sms came through within 10 seconds which was just awesome for this price. I will definitely gonna test this service more.
