SMS idea to get a couple $$ [Just an IDEA]

So I randomly got a text from a past schoolmate of mine, and she was asking for my buddy's number, because her friend apparently "likes him" (my friend), and wants his number.

Now, being my skeptical self, I wonder wtf? Anyways, so she randomly starts texting my friend because I gave his number out, and it had a weird area code, that I thought was an SMS service (like those fake ass girl shit services). Now they are texting a lot.

It might be me, but:

My idea was to make your a SMS service and con people into situations like these, even your friends if you are a dick like that.

Could it be possible to txt someone first and have them get charged if they txt back?
