What would be a good reason why a Real Estate agent would want to use SMS Text Messaging?
QR Codes, Mobile Websites with photos and info for properties, In the program I offer the Agents can set their Keyword up and add a sign rider with a Keyword and Shortcode and if someone is in front of the house they can text to the agent and the agent is immediately notified so this allows them to response immediately to potential customers looking at the house. With brochures an agent never knows just how much traffic they are getting to that property. And of course as we all know SMS can be added to any of the traditional methods of their marketing. Just my two cents.
i would think of quite a few reasons and its a good way to build a list . people sign up and whenever a property comes in that matches their criteria they get a text alert . someone looking for a rental or to buy would probably even pay to be amongst the 1st to know .when the next boom starts there would be more reason to sign up for such a list when property is even harder to get hold of .

SMS messaging would take every business right in front of a person's eye i.e. on his mobile phone's screen and he would surely(90% chances are there that he would) read it. Even if it is a real Estate agent that basic reason is more than enough for him. Additional reasons are also there.
