Ok... here is honest review on this service which I am using for couple years and spent couple thousand dollars.
I would start with negative CONS:
1. Super slow with support and replies
2. Stealing your money from time to time. How? You are placing YT views and they are failing to deliver that.
It is happening one-two times per month.
3. Don't help you with resolving problems.
4. Youtube views are always coming slower than they are claiming

Now, positive PROS:
1. Cheap prices
2. Huge selection of services.

My rating - 3/5. Still HIGH RISK to use them!
