I rarely raise concerns over minor issues, but this is frustrating. Despite being a regular customer for over a year, I find it disheartening that my funds were deducted, yet I cannot update my balance due to the non-clickable "Pay" button in the add funds section.

I am only writing this message here because my previous ticket has gone unanswered, and I have pressing deadlines to meet.

P.S. I have attached screenshots and all necessary details in my previous ticket. I kindly request your prompt attention to this matter.

Update: Issue resolved! BHW reigns supreme!
Hi dear, the issue was never observed through BHW but was answered on time by the series of tickets as we sometimes get a lot of tickets that can get delayed because of multiple reasons like time difference, number of tickets ahead and so on. Although I am happy to hear the issue got resolved. You can always text us on PM to get faster results

The user fixed my problem by crediting me with the transferred balance. I am already satisfied and I placed 2 orders for followers on Tik Tok. The service is somewhat slow but we just have to wait. Thank you very much.✅
 
Your refill system does not work. For every ticket submitted, you ask for 48 hours to rectify. Even after 72 hours, the issue is not resolved. Followup tickets are again pending for 48 hours. Why are you taking money from people and not delivering? So much waste of time, money and energy. Typical robotic responses to every support ticket submitted.
 
it means the Panel admins are taking full responsibility of the new youtube update and are not wanting to do fraud with customers. they refund whenever the customers order does not go well.
Nope. It means the admin is lazy. If the service is not working properly, why offer it in the first place and waste so much time?
 
I got same problem on this panel, order followers - this is not started, so i'm reorder and complete what i need with new orders, instantly request cancel from the support - full ignore, 2 days waiting and this guys set up my order as "COMPLETED", while i don't recieve any followers and now they saying "Sorry, we can't do anything with that", this panel really want to scam you anytime, be careful :weep:
