please review the images attached, they show that we never cancelled or stopped any ticket, though it was done by the user.
And we have sent you the compensation, which you can check in your account. Although, if you want we can send that to your used method to add the balance
if you see image 1, in cancellation it says that we have initiated but it still takes 0-24 hrs for cancellation, with no garuntee
cancel tickets 99 times out of a hundred are done but it can happen that the provider didn't see the message or it already processed, for which the order is delivered.
in space listeners service if you start cancel ticket after the completion of the order. You have to start reload ticket after which the team would have asked for a screenshot, then reviewed and then start the process.
Also, you might not get revert here but on the panel you get revert in 2-3 hrs and if we get your revert after 12 hrs, a lot gets changed in that time period.
Also, this is what we could have done, and did, there are 1000 people buying services daily who have no issue, if you are not satisfied we apologise and have refunded you. and you are free to get service from other places that provide you better support.
