Orders ID 83157820 & 83156295 stuck in progress and processing, ticket support team keeps replying with the same thing for the entire day, sounds like an AI support with no help at all. Issue hasn’t been resolved for the day. Hope to see this fixed.

*look at this i am using your panel from the last 6 months and i have many other options too.. i have many other panels that provide the same services at the same price or even low but i don't want to move on from here because i am just used to it..using it for a long time..the only thing i criticize is that please provide good customer support.. the reason for that is i don't earn too much from smm panel and when an order is not delivered but shown up as completed my customers ask me for refunds so due to helplessness i have to make them refund by my own pocket due to which what i earn a little bit is lost in making refunds to them.. i just ask for good customer support. I am not asking that reply me in minutes i know it is not possible because many other customers are in qeues i just want that atleast reply me in hour one or two or four.. so i can be satisfied that i am getting support from back..but i don't get reply for 2-3 days or more.. hope so you will understand my problem what i am trying to say*
