Well, actually many of them have Paypal as payment method. But you have to let's say unlock it.
If you are a loyal client and have their contact on skype or another messenger, then you can try to ask to provide you with Paypal payment method.
Usually they share paypal if you ask. Of course you must be a loyal client there.

Not sure if they will allow your first-ever deposit to be instantly (they might set it in pending until they manually review your order)
But, you can contact them before actually placing an order.
As a side note, I used social media garden and smm heaven and they both allowed paypal (back in 2019 when I used them the last time - not sure now).

Because there are many unscrupulous customers who then ask for refunds, and Paypal is usually opened to verified customers!
