Yeah, i was waiting MONTH for refill. In this time i have opened 4 tickets (because everytime they say it's 48h, im patient and waited more) and after a MONTH support made an idiot from me telling that the drop is from another order... Clearly, waiting a month to dont offer refill or refund. Because ofc it will drop earlier or later. I think i haven't got one good refill. So orders are not guaranted even you pay for that. Before the problems come It was a good panel, but in bad situations support shows that they dont care about people. I suggest moving to another one.
