When you search on Google for terms i.e. "buy tiktok followers" or ig or whatever platform. There are some people who manage to be present. However when I try I can't pass - I get "enabling dishonest behavior" even if I copy their ads + website. How do they gets ads that pass the test and stays there for months?

They're using a proper cloaker setup and strong google accounts, this allow them to go aggresive on google and do not get the "enabling dishonest behavior" alert.
