Thank you for reaching out with your question about Vaultly's subscription policy. I understand how important it is to have clear information about what happens when a subscription ends.
Regrettably, once your subscription expires, the ability to download or update previously downloaded items is no longer available. This includes any themes or plugins you might have downloaded while your subscription was active. This, however, can be sorted by purchasing the Solo plan, as any item you download gets added to your download list and doesn't require additional credits for updating or re-downloads.
We designed this policy to encourage continuous subscription, which allows us to constantly update and add new content to our library, ultimately benefiting our users.
