Smartest way to mass cold email 10,000+ harvested addresses?

Outside of a legit mailchimp campaign, mass email marketing is an area I have zero experience with.

Scraping/harvesting email addresses related to my niche won't be the hard part, but once I have those addresses what's the best way to reach out to them (likely for CPA offers) without landing in spam boxes?

Any specific tools or platforms that should be used?

Could it be done with regular ol' Gmail/Hotmail accounts without getting banned?

Any guidance or insight would be appreciated..

Thanks, that's a great tip. Using my own domain's mail server hadn't occurred to me.

I know that dumping a load of scraped emails into mailchimp or most other mailing list providers will get me banned if enough people complain about unwanted messages through the embedded 'report abuse' link that gets sent out with every campaign.

However, if I'm running my own mailing list software on my own server, I guess there's no one they could complain to unless they go through the trouble of tracking down my domain provider through email headers, which the average person probably won't know how to do or won't go through the trouble of doing. If they do click 'unsubscribe', I would just remove them from any future mailing lists.

I'm currently looking at Mailster https://codecanyon.net/item/mailster-email-newsletter-plugin-for-wordpress/3078294 as a possible solution for this. If anyone here uses it or has another alternative for a DIY mailing list, I would love some feedback.
This doesn't solve the issue of staying out of people's spam boxes, but it's a great first step. Thanks again.

Say you sent email to 5 years old kid and he reported as spam. Receivers company will resolve your sender machine to forward that complaint , Same for unsub , abuse , report ETC.,

You cannot escape or bypass reports if you do that your machine cannot send emails.

How I like it to do is:

1) Make a temporary WP website here: https://tastewp.com/
2) Install this plugin: https://www.thenewsletterplugin.com/
3) sign up for a cheap SMTP service and tell them that you're only sending transactional emails.
4) make sure to clean your email lists.
5) There you go! =D

Seem much like a nice idea. But spam isn’t an issue in third world countries.

Even if you use your own server you're not safe from getting your VPS suspended or your IP blacklisted for many reasons ( spam-traps, bounce rate, spam report...)

You'll need to find a VPS provider that allows sending cold emails, clean your list, warmup your IP....and have some syslinux and mailing skills.

as I am pretty new to this, I can't see more than 5000 a month in the near future. After I get the hang of things, I would definitely like to scale that up though.

Thanks Fest. i'll probably be doing something like this along with other people suggestions about finding a decent server end warming up my list. if you got a recommendation for a cheap SMTP service, I'd love to know.

this is great info. Is there any reason I couldn't use a cheap domain on cheap shared hosting with a cheap SMTP service instead of a VPS?

or, is it better to just go directly with a decent VPS that's cool with cold emails to start with?

Free: learn python, learn scrapy

Paid: learn Scrapebox (I've never used it personally, but have watched enough tutorials about it to know that it's fairly good for harvesting emails)

What would be a safe amount of emails to send out daily this way? I don't need to send thousands. Something in the range of 500-2000 would be sufficient.
