I dont know if this service is good or not but for sure the sales letter is making a false claim.
Google cant find it. Thats just bullshit one way or another.
A) Google cant find it so the backlinks are no use for ranking
B) Google does find it then its a false statement
I guess they are hiding backlinkchecker spiders by using robots.txt or/and htaccess but this only helps for protecting backlinks from competitors not google...
No offense intended but you should not make claims that cant be true to get people buy your service.

I'm not OP but I think there is some miss-understanding in what you are saying, OP never mentioned that you can't find these websites indexed on google, he mentioned that the network itself is hidden and Google doesn't know the owner of the websites inside the network. Regarding the backlinks checking website you are right, they are hidden from them. Again I'm not OP and these are just suspicions

Sorry if it looked false claim though i mean we are the most invisible network, the least possible chances of being found or lets says we tried to implement every way to keep it most secured

Never saw anything else so;
Overall Score: 6/10
Some movement for a short time then keywords went back to where they were before package. There was mistakes made initially with URL and keyword combos but that was sorted quite quickly - was annoying though. Overall, OP is good on communication and some movement did take place but nothing special. If your looking for a few points jump in the serps it may work out.
