Small competition to reach 1,000$ per month in 3 months

Hey guys,

This thread will be like a small competition. I give myself 3 months to reach an extra 1,000$ per month. I've already got a nice online income but I want to start from scratch again :). I will be using methods presented on BHW only (that's the competition part ;) ), but I will focus on just a few methods and I am only able to spend a max of 1 hour per day. I will post the threads I used as inspiration and I will also post at least monthly results or important milestones. I will only use methods which will earn me a long-term income and which can be automated via scripting. Suggestions are welcome :D

This would be pretty cool. Obviously you'd wanna scale up eventually cos $1000 a month isn't that much.

Anyone knows how many times I can use the edit button on a post? I'm planning to add the list of threads I'm going to discuss and the progress reporting in the initial post (otherwise the info will be spread over a number of posts).
 
After a certain time, you can't edit your post. You need to start a new one.
 
i have seen lots of progress report kind of threads lately which start well but reach nowhere , and how frequently you would be updating it, monthly... ?
i guess it would be better if you could just show what you have done until now along with your results
 
Patience people, patience :) I will update the thread as frequent as possible ... but first I will have to do some more reading ... the first case (I mix a few methods mentioned on BHW) is under construction. I'm not going to post every step I make because I will have to do a lot of trial and error and I want to spare you the errors :) The methods which generate a decent amount of money will be described in detail.
 
 
CASE STUDY 1

The first site is up and running ... and about 50 pages are already indexed in Google. Initial marketing done and getting a few visitors per day. Article writing and backlink generation will be increased by end of the week.

Planning to build 5 new sites next week.
 
Yeh good luck with this there are many people who will watch this with great interest. As has been mentioned above there have been many similar threads which don't get carried through to completition so please at least take it through to the end.

$1000 a month is not that much, but reaching it first is a big achievement. I've been struggling since summer 2008 until I discovered BHW. I'm still not making $1000 a month. For any newbie that's a milestone to reach.
 
I could have set my goal at $10,000 ... but, hey, I'm realistic ;-) Save pennies and get dollars.
 
a question here . what are you using adsense,cpa or others
please specify as it changes the whole aspect of thread .

I'm not using Adsense yet, because I'm using wprobot and I don't want to get my adsense account banned for publishing copyrighted content. Just promoting Clickbank products right now.

Small update about the WP MU installation. I changed my mind about WP MU because it didn't exactly do what I had in mind. I developed my own scripts where I sync the configuration of the new websites with a 'master'website. The plugins, theme, configuration is 'inherited' from the 'master'website, so I just have to update the master site and all the other sites will automatically follow. I'm trying to minimize the amount of time I need to create a new site, so I can focus on the marketing of the new sites.
