    Hi,

Have completed a project for a guy in the US who's now cut off communication, so doesn't look as if I'm getting my money.

In the UK we have a small claims court, so you can issue a writ online for a tiny fee.

Is there an equivalent in the US (it's for $2000), or do I need to get a lawyer?

The business is in San Antonio, Texas.
