not the whole site, but new posts.. there are many established site get indexed upon the publish of their new posts.. what is the factor that determine how fast google will index your new posts? I'm behind my competitor even I write and publish posts earlier than them..

It's google's system. The max you'll have to wait is about 7 days for google to start indexing your website maybe you can try the webmasters tool and see if you can index that certain page.

At times, for new sites google takes more time to index. All you need to do is to bookmark the post and share in social media. Also, you can submit sitemap to many directories to keep your site busy with many search index bots.

Neither of your posts are helpful at all. He's asking how to get his posts indexed faster, not a single post.

The best you can do OP, is raise your authority, and write articles regularly. I guess you could also backlink your feed.

you have to train google robots. more content you add more often it comes to index. I have a website (over 1500 posts, i add 10 posts every day) and my new posts get indexed in few hours, sometimes even faster.

Here are a couple of steps that you can do. First is to ping the domain. Second, create a few links to your site and ping those links. Finally, ensure to set your settings to index your site in Robots.txt or WP. In addition, avoid using a mass indexing tool similar to that in Scrapebox, which uses whois links created to your site.
