Hey BHW, Im just checking to see if my FL settings are too aggressive for twitter.

I Have it set to a max follow of 500 daily, following every 130-170 seconds, unfollowing at the same rate 3 days later. I'm planning to run it all day, but I'm not sure if running it overnight is gonna register as spam on twitter. I do run this page manually, and get good engagement, so Im hoping that will throw off the scent. I've been super aggressive with tools like manageflitter (following like 800 ppl in a matter of seconds, dumping them the nonfollowers next day), but I'm would much rather automate this, and have it less suspect, hence the switch to followliker. I just hit the 1k mark on twitter followers, and the account is really young (~4 months old). We hit went from 0-900 mark over the last 30 days, and I really want to focus on engagement.

This account CANNOT get banned, so i wanna play it as safe as possible while still topping last months results.

500 is too many especially on new accounts. Don't do more than 100 in the beginning and make delay 200 - 300 seconds.

Also it doesn't matter if you run it 24/7 it's actually a good thing to do!

500 maybe is too much but 100 is too low, you need to hit the sweet spot between 300-350.

Ok cool thanks. 350 it is. Im wonder why i can do literally whatever i want on twitter with other apps, but when it comes to followliker its a balancing act. Like i said, Between Manageflitter and a few javascripts i was scraping a few hundred ppl in a matter of seconds. But when its done slowly its a different story?

Also, can you filter the scraper so that it only picks up active users? Still getting a hang of FL

In the Follow User Settings use the option "Follow users who tweeted X days ago", normally I use between 0 and 3 days ago.

Thanks. I figured that out. Now I have to figure out how to make sure im only following people tweeting in english. Also, I've notices that every now and then I'll get a "rate limit exceeded" notice when trying to load peoples timelines from my phone. Is this normal with FL?

i'm personally not a big fan of massive delays like 100-200 seconds... I have 0-20 and it works just fine.
who on earth will sit in front of a computer 24/7 and follow/unfollow users every 2-3 minutes???? I'm sorry, as a person, I can't do that.
I first started twitter manually and had no problems all... and I was like following 500 users per hour quickly and unfollowing even quicker (but I wasn't doing it every day... sorry, I have real life).

Can you guys help me set up Follow Liker? I've got no idea if this thing is working. It's running but how do I know if it's working? My numbers on Twitter aren't changing.

Also, concerning the follow limit and daily follow limit, can you explain to me the difference between these two?

What should the settings be for follow and unfollow? I?ve seen that there are different opinions on how many people to follow per day. I think somewhere in this thread it set about 300 per day was a good number. Can you tell me how to input for the low-end and high-end?
    Thanks

Click an account, right click it, and click 'Activity Log'. That should show you what FL is up to on your account. To see how many follows/unfollows it did right click and hit 'Statistics'

Follow limit is how many times in a row the bot will try to follow between automations

Daily follow limit is the maximum it'll follow in a day

Settings should be based on how old your accounts are and how many followers they have. You don't want to follow too many people on a 1 day old account. You don't want to follow fast, either. As your pages age increase the follow/unfollow limit. I think 300 per day is safe if you follow with a long delay and tweet in between those follows
